1. Project Files (Educational License)

  • Use: Project files are sold strictly for educational purposes. They are designed to help you improve your music production, arrangement, and sound design skills.
  • License: You are granted a non-commercial, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license. These files may not be used for any commercial release, resale, or redistribution. Modification for personal use is allowed, but sharing or reselling modified versions is strictly prohibited.
  • Restrictions: You are not permitted to sublicense, share, or reverse-engineer these files in any way that violates the terms of this license.

2. Samples & Presets (Royalty-Free License)

  • Use: All samples and presets are sold under a royalty-free license, meaning they can be used in both personal and commercial music productions.
  • License: You may use these assets in your own work; however, they may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed in their original form. The creation of competing products using these samples and presets is also prohibited.
  • Ownership: You retain ownership of the music you create using our samples, but the samples and presets themselves remain the intellectual property of Projecta Vibes.

3. Master-e (Mixing & Mastering Service)

  • Service Overview: The Master-e service includes professional mixing and mastering, paired with a custom educational video detailing the process.
  • License: The educational video is intended for personal learning only and may not be shared, sold, or used commercially. This bespoke content is created specifically for your project and is for private use only.
  • Restrictions: Redistribution of the educational video or uploading it to public platforms is strictly prohibited.
